I accidentally ordered the wrong manual and didn’t realize it until after I had already paid. I’ve dealt with refunds from other places before where it turns into a whole back-and-forth, so I was expecting this to drag out a bit.
But they replied the same day, checked the order, and processed the refund without making it complicated. The money was back in my account a couple days later. Compared to some other refund experiences I’ve had, this was painless.

"Some diagrams were helpful, others not so much"
A few of the diagrams definitely helped me understand the material better, but some of them were kind of hard to read. I had to look twice at a couple just to figure out what they were showing.

"I bought this manual thinking it would be..."
I bought this manual thinking it would be useful, but the PDF quality was disappointing. Some pages were blurry, a bunch of the diagrams were hard to make out, and the search feature didn’t really help much either. It felt like someone just uploaded a rough scan and called it a day. Why am I paying for something like that?? I wouldn’t buy from them again

I got access to work one time, but after that the download link just kept timing out. I had to keep trying over and over, which was way more effort than it should’ve been...

I was looking for this weird old mower manual for ages and somehow it ended up being on servicemanuals.net. The download works fine and there wasn’t any hassle. The site isn’t the fanciest thing ever, but I got what I needed and it saved me a bunch of time.

I don’t know who designed the checkout process, but they made it way harder than it needed to be. I just wanted to place my order and move on, but it dragged on forever and felt confusing at every step.

Checkout went through without any real hassle, but the payment page felt a little plain, like not much going on there. I got my manual after I paid, so that part was all good. Just would’ve felt a bit better if there was clearer info about security and stuff.

I think I bought the manual sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, I can’t remember. Either way, the price seemed fair compared to a few other sites I had checked. The download worked fine once I got to it, and while the site itself didn’t look super polished, I still got what I needed.

I ordered a manual and, i was frustrated at first because the download link just would not work for me. I know these things can happen, but when you’ve already paid for something, it’s hard not to feel like you might have made a bad call.
I messaged them about it, and to be fair, they got back to me faster than I expected. They looked into the issue and sent over a new link, which worked without any trouble.
So in the end, I got exactly what I needed. I don’t think I was wrong to be annoyed at the start, but I’m happy they fixed it quickly and handled it properly.

I downloaded the manual without any trouble and it opened right up in my PDF reader. My laptop is old, so I wasn’t totally sure it would work, but there were no format issues at all. Simple, useful, and exactly what I needed.

I had a rough time using the website. I couldn’t find what I needed, and the menus kept looping me around to the same places. When I reached out for help, the support replies felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address what I was asking, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.
